About Us

Many months ago, the owners of Walt’s Produce, Tom and Terri Koop, had a vision of starting an outdoor market to provide fresh local veggies and fruits at an affordable price. The produce market was named after Tom’s late father, Walt Koop. Their vision has grown into something so much more. They have created a sense of home for their friends, family, and members of their community. It has been a place where Tom and Terri have grown together and made their dreams come true.
It is with a very heavy heart that our family informs all of our customers that Tom has unexpectedly passed away. Tom went home to heaven with a very full heart because of Walt’s Produce. It became his drive and passion for life and was able to go to work everyday with a smile on his face and his wife by his side.
Although the passing of Tom brings change, loss, and grief to our lives, it is very important to us to keep Tom’s passion alive.
Walt’s Produce has now become Walt's Farm to Table so that Tom and Terri’s dream of Walt’s is continuing because of all of you and the tremendous support we have received from our community.
